In accordance
with this agreement Toyroyal provides related services(thereinafter
named "services") on Toyroyal's website(http://www.toyroyal.com).
It means that you have read and accepted all the
terms of this agreement when you applied Toyroyal
membership. Toyroyal has the right to modify the
content of this agreement without any notice. Please
note the modifications at any time. You are considered
that you accept modified agreement if you keep using
services of Toyroyal's website. If you don't agree
any terms of this agreement, you should stop using
services of Toyroyal's website. On the basis of
the above acknowledgement you agree to use services

|

After finishing the registration
procedure, you would receive a password and account.
Please keep the password and account safely. You
are responsible for anything done by using the password
and account mentioned above.

password and account are used illegally and unsafely.

logout after finishing

Proprietary
|

All the content of this
website are proprietaries of Toyroyal. Anyone can
not copy, reproduce, modify or present any of content
without permission from Toyroyal.
Toyroyal are going to take legal action and ask
for compensation if the above
illegal conducts are done by someone.

Effectiveness of terms

is still effective in case other term is terminated. |

Governing
law
|

This agreement shall
be governed by and interpreted and enforce in accordance
with the laws of Republic of China. Any action relating
to this agreement must be brought in court of Taipei. |
